Back in May 2004, I requested information from this company's website for selling our timeshare. They (Gina Newton) contacted me stating that with a non-refundable advertising fee of $799, they will sell my timeshare withing 3 months. I've been sending Ms. Newton emails requesting updates, but I keep getting the same excuses as to "no solid offers and no clients but lots of inquiries". The first time we spoke, she told me that she's the top producer of the company and specialized in properties in the west coast. She guaranteed that she'll get our timeshare sold within 3 months for $21,500. I fell for that since I am in a financial situation where I need to sell the timeshare.

Just last month, I emailed her again and asked her to drop the price down to $16,000 just so we can sell it and also I can break even. I know I've gotten the run-around with this company. I don't have any other person's names to contact. I need help in this matter, either hopefully getting my money back or getting the timeshare sold. I am not looking to make a profit here, I just want to break even with the timeshare balance. Currently I am in a finanical burden with the monthly payments and maintanence fees. I need to get this timeshare sold without having it effect my credit.

I feel your pain. I too was almost scammed by this company, but because i have been scammed in the past with some real estate deals I always research a business before doing anything with them. Red flags came up when they wanted up front money and it sounded to good to be true. I too am hurting financially and need to sell my timeshare fast. But, won't be using this con man's business. STAY AWAY FROM SE CONSULTING!
