Dear Greg Adams,
Subject:Refund $784.00
I am formally submitting a request for a full refund of funds paid in the amount of $784.00. The songs submitted were “Osama” and “Too Good To Be True”. The Star Route USA Album only contains one song and I have called your office numerous times over the last two weeks, during regular business hours and no answer.
These funds were paid in January 2009 and to this date there is no proof of performance on Amerecord’s behalf. Additionally, these two songs were not included in the album as stated in the contact.
In accordance to your own contract, paragraph 11, “the manufacturer, Amerecord, does not use my composition in the Star Route USA album, the writer, Rafael Rivera, will receive an immediate full refund of all monies paid”.
Therefore, in enforcement of this contract provision, I am requesting an immediate full refund of all monies paid. Please, handle this matter in an expeditious and amicable manner.
