Aaron's Rent To Own ripoff fraudulent computer sale expired service tag Quincy Illinois

I leased to own a dell computer, and was promised that the computer had a 2 year DELL Service Contract. Ifound out after a few months in the lease that the DELL Service contract was expired. Then found out that the computer I purchased to own was not a NEW system but a used system.

I made several attempts to obtain a valid service contract, but Aarons Rental refuses to comply with any corrective measures. They tell me I should of known it was a used computer and that if I leased it and the service contract with dell was expired, it was not their fault, I should of know that.

I didn't know that because they promise all computers on lease are new and have 2 year DELL warranties. I paid over 122.00 a month for over a year. They cheated me in to making one payment over, it did not have the ram in it they promised, 512 K x 2, didnt have the hard drive they promised was in it, nor the processor.

I took a video camera for proof of this seeking relief from the business. The business assistant manger in front of the manager said see ya in court. Also tried to tell me I had falsified documents, then realized they were looking at the previous owners of the computer I purchased leasee's file.

They said I forged some document, which when they showed me was a copy of one of my checks, and looked like a copy they made from their store. When I asked about it, they said a prior worker had received the documents from me. I informed them I sent a copy of "one" check to prove i made a payment he said I didnt have. So that employee made a falsified document from my check(s) to make my file look bad.

But that doesnt negate the fact that Aarons rental of quincy fraudulant sold me merchandise.
