I would like to inform all about the rudest manager in the company that i have come across in all my dealing with aarons. Lonnie has straight out to my face called me a liar about things that has had to do with my account in the store. When I talked to Lonnie about how the account had been talked and worked out with the account manager in the store his response was that it was his account manager and it doesn't matter what we worked out with him cause lonnie is the manager and he works out the deals only.

So basically the employess there are not meant for nothing other than to take money there. Also the employees can charge you what ever monthly semi-monthly no matter how ur account is set up. Lonnie told me that being a gold club member at aaron's basically ain't nothing other than to get your business back, it's worth nothing more than the paper its printed on.

So to all in this area that sees this and reads it buyer beware of this manager.

I think everyone has been ripped off by these people.

I rented a so called brand new Dell p/c after a few weeks the Modem went out . I guess thats what you get at at rent to own place , Save your money dont give it to these people !

Purchased HP Notebook 1/13/07 lost modem not once but twice!!!!!!! small town in East Texas

We thought we werte purchaseing an unused (new) notebook;or at least we were told it was new !!! My husband uses it for our home bizness, so we expected to be able to use it. I personally called the customer service number and found out our notebook was already in there computer. The warranty we thought would end in 1 year expired in 4 months.Someone else already called c. service with the same problem. We have only made 2 payments and before I make any more I would like to know how the h*ll can they do that ??? If we give it back do we just lose what money we have already paid or what ??

If I were you ,I wouldn't even rent space for my dog to take a crap. Someone else might have already stunk up that spot!!!
Before you leave the store call c.service to see if your item is already in there system or not.
