AARONS RENTALS PHONE CALL TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL ST PETERSBURG, Florida

I am so mad, I called Aaron's to inform them that I would be in on July 13th (Monday)with my $245.00 payment for the month of July. The ditz on the other end of the line put July 10th(Friday). They called my son who is listed as an EMERGENCY contact onlyon Monday morning, how shamefull of this company, why do they make arrangements and then try to cause trouble by calling others. I want to return the merchandise but am now told " you cannot do that" it was just a typo mistake on the date. I hate the fact that they say okay and then call others, but when I make a mistake and extend my due date they involve others. "sorry" is all they would say. Suckie practise guys, hate what you did.
