Rac Rent A Center These guys keep pounding on my door and have my kids scared, I have told them that I lost my job and I'm trying my best but I guess it's not good enough Norwalk California

I have told them that I lost my job and I am waiting for my unemployment to come in but, Some of the employees have come to my house and pounded on the door and windows while screaming my name for a long time until a neighbor had to come out to push them away. My kids were crying inside the house and my wife didn't know what to do. I came home and found about 50 door tags on the door.
Is it a bad thing that I'm saying enough already? I am trying but with this attitude from them you cannot help to get upset and just not deal with them anymore, they've also called all my contacts to tell them that I needed to pay or return the merchandise. Now I have to explain to everybody what happened.

I researched with the CA Attorney General and I found some stuff that I can use against them like: If you have paid more than 50% of the term of the contract, they must lower your payments if you lost your job or your income has been reduced. They're not allowed to pound on your door and they're not allowed to tell anybody about your business with the, it's called violation of privacy
