My apartment was broken into back in May for the second time in 6 months, so I decided to move. I contacted Aarons so that they can move my bedroom suite for me and get my new address.
I called them on a Monday so they can move me on thursday. A rude lay told me "no, I need more notice." I told her the situation, her name was stacie, i think. I didn't have more time because I had already paid a new lease on another apt. and had to be out my other apt. by Friday.
I have been making payments every month of 176.00 for 11 months and had 13 more months to go. I moved my bedroom myself since they couldnt. Now Im late o my payments since I lost my job and recieve unemployment. They call friends, famly, everyone and come by leaving threats.

Of course they are going to be harassing you for payment. You have their property. You are just renting it. You are behind on your payments. If you want them to stop, then you need to give them back the bed, or get your payments current. Those are your only options.

You cannot keep the bed, and not pay for it. That is theft, it is THEIR property until it is paid off. Just like getting a car loan, you don't own the car until its paid off.
