I rented an 8 Horsepower garden tiller from this guy and it didn't work correctly so I called him and he said "well you better get it figured out." I brought it back, he accused me of using it to do a small job and returning it not wanting to pay full price. I attempted to explain to him that that wasn't the case but I just wanted to get one that works or not pay for it. He said "oh you're paying for it either way." He wouldn't let me talk anymore and explain my side of the story and what the tiller was doing. He started cursing and yelling at me so I asked him to prove to me that it works correctly but he refused to. He still charged me full price. I hesitantly signed the credit card receipt out of pure intimidation after his screaming and cursing. The next day I'm at Ace Hardware next door and I see him outside with the SAME tiller struggling with the same problem I had with it!!! Several calls to him the next day went unanswered, but when I finally got a hold of him, told him who I was and told him I saw him fighting with the same problems on the same tiller he said I was making up stories and hung up on me. Currently disputing the charges on my credit card.
