Thank you for voicing your experience but I think you have the wrong company. We pride ourselves on exceptional service and the best prices es around.
I would like to mention that we do not charge for being at your location early, unless you scheduled us to be there and you are not there.
On another note we do not issue refunds for services you rent but do not use. If you go to dinner and order a large meal but do not eat the salad that you ordered you do not receive your money back.
The same applies in the rental and service industry. We do charge our local sales tax on every order as it is required by law. So it there was a miss understanding at the time of rental I apologize. We also Never show up early to your event.
The only way that I could see this happening is when you book your unit we discuss a time to drop of and pick up. However sometimes I am able to leave the unit longer at my customers request if they cal me before I show up or make prior arrangements.
We always tell our customers that we will do our best to allow you to have the unit beyond the rental time agreed upon in advance. I would like to offer you some sort of reimbursement whether it is monetary or letting you rent a unit for free.
