Mr. Elmore, if you are reading this, you need to know that the reason why you're not selling any homes or lots is not entirely based on the economy. Word of mouth goes a long way in these small towns. Your organization is a complete disgrace. It starts at the top with you and Tom. Do us all a favor and file bankruptcy or sell the the development. You are a bunch of frauds and within time either the free markets or court system will catch up with you.
