Adeena....I am so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience dealing with The Eberly Company. Please understand that our deposit return policy is very clear cut, and charges are only made against a deposit when costs are incurred, and there is documentation such as a work order or invoice, to substantiate the charge. Charges such as carpeting are calculated based on the number of years you lived in your apartment. You should have received an itemization of all charges included with the balance of your deposit. If you have a question or concern regarding your deposit, you can always send us something in writing, and we will be more than happy to review the move out.
