Eliud Vazquez Torres Dangerous Boxing Media Ponce, Internet

Roselle Park, NJ September 19, 2012 As Editor-in-Chief of Real Combat Media, I feel that its my duty to apprise my fellow editors, correspondents, webmasters and journalists of a few individuals engaging in injurious, malicious and defamatory behavior this behavior pertains to the operation of my media website. The individuals partaking in this behavior are Eliud Vazquez Torres of Ponce,Puerto Rico and Chris Gunzz Cercola of Hartford, CT, who are former contributors to Real Combat Media (RCM). Since they were released from their duties with Real Combat Media in June for professional reasons, both of these gentleman have undertaken a campaign of slander and libel. Mr. Torres is a former Boxing Editor for our site and Mr. Cercola was a reporter.Mr. Torres and Mr. Cercola are now working with Pro Boxing Insider (PBI), a website branded under the Jeff Mayweather name.

Mr. Torres has repeatedly used the PBI Facebook accounts Fight Corner and Fight Link to slander and otherwise attempt to damage the image and brand of Real Combat Media he has done this from a personal Facebook account as well as his PBI Facebook accounts.

This behavior was brought to the attention of Mr. Mayweathers partner, Jody Kohn. Mr. Kohn was provided ample time to review the evidentiary files detailing the incriminating behavior of Mr. Torres, files that included:

(1)Conversations initiated by Mr. Torres in which he slanders RCM to Brooklyn Daniels, Peter Mann, Jai Singh, Corey Washington, Jon Campbell, Tony Stewart, Tommy Austin, and Efrain Rovira. These conversations were released to me from RCM private messages, copied from Facebook wall posts and disclosed to me by several PBI correspondents. The intent of these conversations was to persuade RCM contributors to migrate to PBI and leave RCM they were successful in some cases.

(2)A file explaining why Mr. Torres was demoted as editor of RCM and evidence of the attempted deletion of the RCM Company Facebook Like Page.

(3)Pictures Photoshopped by Mr. Torres of myself and Carl J. Hewitt depicting each of us in a less-than-flattering manner. The photos of Mr. Hewitt were racist in nature and offensive to the black race.

(4)Proof that Mr. Torres attempted and threatened to delete our Business Facebook page after he still had codes to the account.

(5)Mr. Torres deleted Mike Roach and myself as administrators of a facebook group called Icy Mic St. Louis Boxing Talk after he logged in our facebook account without permission. His motive was to influence our readers to read his articles, after he joined his new website. He then made himself the administrator and closed the group. My mistake was not changing the passwords in time.The photos of me were posted in Facebook boxing forums and depicted me in a graphic sexual nature. Mr. Torres then wrote messages to others on the posts mocking me and stating, Thats the owner of Real Combat Media. Describing these photos in great detail would be a bit too graphic for our readers.In commission of these acts, Mr. Torres created three dummy Facebook accounts under the names Frank Rivera and Fight Link. Coffee Cakes was a third dummy account on which he used a photo of Mr. Hewitt and actually said he was the owner of Real Combat Media. Mr. Hewitt is a former contributor, but never served in an investor-related or managerial capacity with RCM.

(6)Online conversations between Mr. Cercola and Carl J. Hewitt in which Mr. Cercola disseminated malicious and false information about myself and our Lead Editor, Scott Canipe.

In a recent development on 9/01/2012 - Mr. Chris Gunzz Cercola randomly attacked RCMs UK Editor and claimed he would take RCM down, saying Another fake RCM personality! Are there any real staff members with RCM? How do you stop a sinking ship that is RCM, Pete? RCM is sinking faster than a ship with a cannon hole in it! You guys (RCM) are fake just like all of RCMs writers!Also, Mr. Torres has repeatedly attacked our website by spreading malicious and unfounded rumors in various Facebook boxing groups, going so far as to disparage our business model and state that our readership has been decreasing for months this was done repeatedly over the course of several weeks, and has intensified recently. Mr. Torres is going to great lengths to damage our brand and credibility within the boxing community. The attacks have been of a personal and vindictive nature and it does not seem as though they will end anytime soon. These attacks are affecting our productivity and ability to meet deadlines.

In an attempt to achieve peace between Mr. Torres, Mr. Cercola and myself, all parties reached a verbal agreement stipulating that the files of incriminating evidence in my possession would not released to Mr. Mayweather, his partners or the public, predicated upon these two individuals refraining from attacking RCM ever again in the future. As long as Mr. Torres and Mr. Cercola adhered to the Cease & Desist Request put forth by myself and my editor, Scott Canipe, no action would be taken against them. However, Mr. Torres subsequently breached this agreement by secretly conferencing Mr. Cercola into a confidential conversation he and I were having pertaining to another sensitive matter.Since his termination as editor of RCM, Mr. Torres has repeatedly vowed to ruin me and all of the hard work I have put into building Real Combat Media into one of the fastest-growing Boxing/MMA websites on the Internet. He has told me that this his goal.

Mr. Torres has on various occasions, via telephone conversations, promised to inflict grave bodily harm to me and my loved ones, also stating that Mr. Canipe has dug his own grave. In one particular conversation, Mr. Torres promised to make me smell gunpowder if I ever visited the island of Puerto Rico. Hes also made unfounded allegations that Mr. Hewitt and Mr. Canipe are racist.I was also informed by Mr. Torres, that hes in possession of tape-recorded three-way conversations between himself, Mr. Canipe and myself without the express consent of either of us.Every claim made in this release is truthful, based upon facts, and can be corroborated by documentation and witness testimony.

This all-inclusive evidence was presented for review to Jody Kohn, Mr. Mayweathers business partner. Mr. Kohn and Mr. Mayweather have chosen to turn a blind eye to the destructive, unprofessional and criminal behavior of these boxing press members. Hence, Ive been left with no alternative but to distribute this release as a means of alerting online Boxing Media of the incendiary behavior of Mr. Torres and Mr. Cercola, and the damage it can cause commercially.

It is my belief that these two individuals ( Mr. Torres and Mr. Cercola) are in the process of forming an ad hoc crime syndicate within the combat media industry. I say this because they have since aligned themselves with another individual by the name of Tommy Dangerously aka Tommy Austin, a known felon, according to a previous conversation I had with Mr. Cercola. The purpose of this syndicate is to destabilize the operations of combat media websites, inspire intimidation, and otherwise have an unsavory influence within the combat media industry. If these individuals are not properly indentified and stopped, they will continue to cause material damage to combat media websites similar to mine.The reason I believe this is true, is that I received a 3 way phone call from Mr. Torres and Mr. Austin last week. I do not know Mr. Austins motives. However, both individuals were attacking Real Combat Medias business structure, using derogatory language in that phone call and calling our correspondents a fraud.

I would be derelict in my duties as a Editor and a journalism professional if I did not take the time to warn the online boxing media community of these two malicious individuals and their utterly defamatory behavior
