I have bee with netspend for a while now but on march 13 there was a debit from my account for 83.00 I contacted them and they managed to reverse the charge as it was pending. I then cancled my debit card.

Then on march 15th there was another debit for 5.00 I contaced netspend and they said they would investigate and would block my debit my card which was supposed to be done on march 13th. 

On march 17th there was yet another debit from my account bringing it to a negative balance. So I called cause they blocked access to my account and they told me they would release the hold when I paid off the negative balance of 148.00. They said I would get my money back when they complete their investigation which should of started on March 13th when they never blocked my card. 

DES was able to continue to take money out even after I got a new card that I hadn't used yet. Clearly my account has been compromised and Netspend didn't care. 

I told them I am not putting another cent into that account because they conitune to let DES from China take money from my account. 

The only information I could find is DES from china Netspend cant even find information on them yet they continue to allow them to take money from my account despite my continued complaints. 

I had suggested that they close the account and open a new one for me and they said they would do that as soon as I pay the 148.00 well I am not doing that. 

This is not the first time I have had this issue but it will be the last cause I am not giving money away

Hello, I am going through the exact same thing with Netspend as I type!  I am sooo frustrated because on last Thursday, there were (2) UNAUTHORIZED transactions made on my account, one for $263 and another for $122.  They would not give me any of my money back until they do a 10 day investigation and then they will decide if I get my money back.  One of the transactions they could not investigate because it was pending and they said that they could not do anything until it went all the way through, which made not sense to me.

I have filed a dispute on both and this was money from our paycheck which is direct deposited, so we were without funds and they did not even care.  The representatives were very uncaring and rude...they had no empathy or sympathy for the situation.

So, ditto on the complaint above!!
