First of all let me start this whole story out by stating one important factor. If you can avoid Paypal, avoid using them. They are not a bank, not a credit card company, have no oversight by the government of the United States in terms of direct regulations applied them, have no real use that you could not do between you and the people you buy from and the credit card or banking institution you might use. They have no real purpose other then acting as a money moving firm, that collects a percentage of the charges against the seller account.   They actually hate using credit cards, since they make much less then acting as a direct money mover to and from your account you have allowed them to use.

Now one more very very important factor is, if they make any errors in your account, they act like you made the error. Not only that but any charges from your bank as a result of their errors , they refuse to accept any responsibility and blame you for their errors, hence they will not pay you one dime back for the money they cost you.  They duck behind emails, you cannot call them directly, and they lie when its all done .  The biggest problem will be: THEY ARE NOT UNDER ANY REGULATIONS HENCE, THEY WILL HAVE SECURITY BREACHES AND YOU WILL BE LEFT HOLDING THEIR BAG>

Remember there is no congress or senate oversite upon their firm. They do what they want to do.  However , they are under , just like any other firm that deals with people , whereas they need to abide by The Federal Trade Commission rules and regulations regarding Anti-Trust and monopolizations of and their future attempts to control money moving firms like credit card firms and banks.   They have monopolized your ability to use anyone else but them, certainly on Ebay , which owns them, but have gone much farthur to assure any purchase you make, they will decide which direction it takes by using the simple outcome as to where they may earn the most money on that transaction.   They are money moving devils.

They hide behind the scenes causing havoc to you and your accounts, and I shall explain here: I ordered a Kayak standing system from a firm in Florida. Their site allowed me to enter my credit card information plus showed that Paypal was accepted. I get Cabela's bucks from my Visa so I elected to buy this expensive system via credit card.  It refused to accept my credit card, and said, I must validate the credit card. My card is good, and no problems with it. 

What they wanted was for me to activate my card with their system. I do not want Paypal to have me credit card information. I feel if you might of thought Target had security problems , wait til you hear what Paypal has going on. It will make Target, etc. look like a mouse of the lion of security problems.

Now I want to order, Paypal says sorry you need to put a credit card in my system. I say I do not want to use you. I want to use my credit card directlly. Sorry you cannot. So I give them my credit card information.  Instead of using that they take the money from my bank checking account, even after they said they would not do such.  Now I get hit with an overdraft, where they will not make any restitution to me, and a mark on my great credit.  These people are nothing but leeches ad have no real use in any credit transaction.

'Ebay wanted them because they changed their whole profile as to how they handle buyers and sellers. Why should the world be subjected to Paypal bullcrap?????  They should be sued by a class action suit.   Why did they not use my credit card you might ask? Because they make nothing off that transaction and make a ton of money off of direct bank deductions of my money. 'They pay no credit card company any points by doing that.

They are rip offs and should be stopped
