I'm Sasi from Malaysia trying hard to have my money refunded by Plimus, Inc.
I paid the amount of GBP337 for a forex course (to ultimateforexclub.com) less than 2 months ago. But full product was not delivered until the 3rd week upon purchase. So i negotiated the refund period to be extended to another 60 days additional to original 30 days. And the product provider agreed to that. We did this agreement on Plimus order page which is still on the website.
Later, i found that the product wasn't up to the expectation and would like a refund. But all of sudden i'm unable to reach Plimus on many attempts via email & their customer service.
Automatic support tickets were issued twice i.e (2011011110026885 and 2011011410071973) but there were no follow up actions.
FYI, the product was purchased with order # 55614076.
I am tired of contacting plimus.com as they keep ignoring emails and requests. I have all the proofs on my side. Please can anyone help to get my money back!!! This is so disappointing.. :(
