Extremely upset and I'm not the type who gets upset easily. Noticed that the clothes I had my husband pick up from the cleaners were not cleaned properly and destroyed with black ink of some sort. I didn't check the clothes when he brought them home in the cleaners bag because I trusted they were done correctly. By the tI I noticed it it was too late.
When I arrived to the clemeaners I was directed to speak with the owners if the store and it was at this time I received the worst customer service of my life! They did everything they could to avoid fixing my clothes. Told me there was a 7 day only period that they would fix the clothing and then proceeded to tell me I had worn the clothes again which was false.
Obviously this company doesn't value their customers or respect their garments. I would greatly advise anyone considering this cleaners to find a different one. 1.99 per item and you definitely get what you pay for! $ 200 dresses destroyed. But I should have known better than to trust a$1.99 company to clean them! I know now!!!!!

This customer brought her clothes in to be cleaned in late February comes in over 60 days later to report her clothes had staines in them. The clothes appeared to be worn, fresh deodorant stains under the arm pits. tags removed from garments cleaned. The dress in question looked liked she spilled something on her dress. We value you all of our customers, if the clothes warrented being taken back in we would have. It is bad service when you stand up against people making false claims about you or your company.
