got ripped off, and want to be part of the lawsuit Clearwater Florida

I did a job for them in feb. 2009 and I have still yet to be paid. they were supposed to pay me 262.02, and it is now june 15th and they keep telling me that they are going to pay and I am getting very tired of waiting and I noticed that they have ripped some other people off and I am willing to be part of thier lawsuit if they need help. as I want my money and I traveled 200 and something miles to do this job for them so please help me get my money and tell me how to go about filing a lawsuit,It is going to take 200.00 and something dollars to take them to court to get my money which is not worth it but I think if I win the case they will have to pay that too right? if you know let me know. As I worked the family dollar grand opening event for them in palestine, and they said there were a lot of problems with this event, and that is why I am not being paid I should get gas or something, for wasting my time as I did not get home until 2 am the next morning, it was dark and this is a dangerous town to be in at night this job could have costed me my life.
