We closely reviewed our phone bill only when we were about to negociate a different bundle with AT&T, and discovered we were being charged a total of $42.95 per month by Enhanced Services Billing Inc.
It turns out that Discount Business Services LLC is a scam. They took advatage of ATT's Open billing feature and charged us for nothing, for the last 10 months. When I called their support number, they immediately knew what I was calling about, and instead of explaining what their service is, they requested a copy of our phone bill to 'review our account'.
I'm about to contact AT&T to cancel the service and see if we can get some of our money back. Talking to Enhanced Business Services and expect customer support from them would be like talking to Mafia and asking them for mercy.
Beware of rogue charges!
