I don't work for your dealership but I work for a chevy dealer in your area

You know for a fact that if you had just asked if it had been Recon'd they would have told you NO.. By Law they Can't sell a car that hasn't had the California Required Somg and Saftey Inspection. You purchased a used car and breaking down is something that happens in used vehicles.. Did you buy the Extended Warr?? Did you go and talk to the techs that worked on it?? Did you do anything to make sure the car was worth the money you paid?? You are dealership personel very few people that buy cars can say that. you have an insight into the business that none of your Ups have and it is a pitty that you were taken advantage of.. or were you? did you buy a car ' As Is '?? if you did then you know you messed up and you're probably mad at yourself more than your dealership.. and you are tying to find a way to justify that facts that you knew better but bought a lemon anyway...

Good luck with the complaining but you and I both know that you're an Owner, and there is nothing you can do but stop paying and get it Repo'd

Thank You
