I ordered the ABSlide on July 10, 2000, and expected to receive it by 4-6 weeks as the company promised. However, the sixth week had passed and I decided to call customer service and got no reply. I went online to look for more information, when I came across this website. I read the rip-off reports and realized that I had also been duped. Well, I found another phone number and finally reached somebody. I asked to speak to the supervisor, but instead was given two other 'customer service' phone numbers that had been disconnected.
