I am writing you to express my disappointment and frustraion with your customer service from your department store to your delivery services. At first we were very happy with your store and salespeople till we made a purchase. First of all, our furniture took much longer to delivery than promised.

Once we got some of our furniture it was damaged when we recieved it more than once. We eventually had to cancell that part of our order. Then we finally recieved our leather couch which came with a scratch on it and a broken frame.

It has been over a month and a half and we still have not recieved our new one, which hopefully will not be damaged when we recieve it. Next to move onto your delivery service. We were told when we made our purchase that the delivery men are supposed to unwrap and set up our furniture so we may check for any damages and they are supposed to discard any boxes or wrapping. They refused to do either.

They left the boxes in the middle of our living room from our kitchen set. The deliverymen are not careful with the furniture which could explain why 80% of our order was damaged. Finally, the bank that you work with is very difficult to get a hold of.

Once you finally do get a customer service representative on the line 70% of the time they are not helpful and misinform you about information on your account.

They also charged us for insure that we did not want. We ordered two rooms from you and had to send more than half of our furniture back to you and cancell part of it due to damages on original items and replacement items.

You really should take a good look at your customer service if you want any return customers or anyone to recommend you to them.
