Ripoff Report Verified Safe

We were also riped off by this place. We received a yellow post card saying that we were approved for 4,000.00. They took the 241.00 from our account on 10/1/01. We called 6 weeks later , and they we having trouble due to the attacks in NY. That they have 90 days to get this out to us. I feel we were riped off. How can we get our money back?
