This is a POTENTIAL ripoff to the un-wary. When you go to an auction like E-Bay or Yahoo Auctions or any other coin auction and you see MS70 (or PR70) Deep Cameo coin being offered, just be sure to ask, if it isn't apparent, what 3rd party grading company graded it. Anybody can call a coin perfect, but only a professionl, un-biased coin grader can certify a coin to be perfect. That certified coin is a 'buy sight-unseen' coin. It's grade and attributes are seldom challanged by the average collector. Just 'saying' a coin is perfect is not enough.
The only time this doesn't apply would be if the coin is scanned at high res, say 600 dpi or better and a person is happy with what they see. I know many people who have been fooled and were too ashamed to return the coin they bought. I have been fortunate to always get 3rd party professional graded coins. I just wanted to share this tidbit of info. Anyone, correct me if I'm in error.
