I had a problem with not being able to get online, which after calling technical support, found out that it was a minor error on my end. However, when at the end of the phone coversation I was politely thanked for calling them and was told that they would be sending me $25.00 certificate to go towards shopping on the Network. This sounded great, but the catch, which was not explained to me, was I had to join the NetMarket at $69.99 yearly cost to me. I found this out when I balanced my checking and found it on my statement. Boy was I surprised!!!!! I have not had good luck with AOL. I even had my identity stolen and had a balance transfer of $500.00 to one of AOL's credit cards at 35% interest!!!! Please beware, and use caution. Today is my last day using AOL, I now have a new ISP.
