This probably won't help anyone's situation, but I did get a couple of phone numbers to call concerning the Capital Choice Credit Cards. One I got from my bank. It is the number to a 'Clearing House' that processes the checks sent to Capital Choice: 888-797-8137. They proceeded to give me the number to call concerning the credit card (that was never sent) and that number is 800-803-4174.

I told 'Betty' at (x)22 that I never received my card and she claimed it was just mailed out yesterday (3/4/02) even though this was sent weeks ago. I'm sure this is also a lie, but it was worth a try. I hope this helps someone and I will update you if I EVER receive the mystery card.
