Ripoff Report Verified Safe

Netflix screwed me, too!! Free deal? No Way!! I tried their 30 day trial and after 6 DVD's of which 2 were damaged I canceled the deal only to find I had been charged for the 'Free Trial'. Now I can't contact them and I can't even get an E-Mail response. Does anyone have a phone number? What can we do now? How can we prevent others from getting screwed?
