They advertised '12 Free CD's - you pay only postage'. They shipped each Cd individually , charging $2.50 postage for each one. OK - that's $30 for 12 Cd's, still not a bad deal.

Then they couldn't provide one of the CD's and said they would send a certificate to replace it, but they never sent the certificate. One of the CD's they sent was a dupe, and I could never get a response out of anyone at the company as to what I should do about getting it replaced with the right CD.

It's impossible to contact these people except by mail. They don't give out their phone number and all emails get a form response along the lines of 'we are working on it - will get back to you as soon as we can'.

I finally gave up - I got 10 different CD's for 30 dollars, gave the dupe away as a gift, so I didn't come out too badly. In fact, the compahy was the loser, when I cancelled my membership and never bought another thing from them.

HINT: If you have a problem with this company and want it resolved, write the state attorney general in Indiana. They have lots of experience with this type of thing and will get fast results.

PS why isn't there a category for this type of things. I'm putting it under Opera, becuase that's the type of music I bought from them
