I found this charge on my Discover card and at that time found a phone number on my bill. I called LD CALLING PLAN and told them that I never signed up for their calling plan since I had no use for it. Apparantly what they do is set up a pop up box when you are ordering something from the Internet. I like so many others close pop up boxes without reading them. The way LD signs people up is when you close the box they sign you up without you knowing it and attach the charge to the credit card you are using.

Looking back on past DISCOVER card statements I found another charge I called the DISCOVER card people (who weren't very helpful)telling them I didn't sign up for this thing and they said they would have to hear from the merchant. As of yet LD hasn't notified them.
There is no phone number at this time to get in touch with them.
