We purchased a vehicle from Brown & Brown last October and it went fairly well so when my son started looking to purchase a vehicle we took him there. Big mistake!!

To start with they said that my son did not qualify by himself for the loan so they talked me into 'co-borrowing' with him. That was fine....I wanted to help. Then they conned my husband into signing on also by saying they could get a better interest rate if all 3 of us were on the loan. After a LOT of finaggling we finally sat down to sign papers. ALL 3 of us signed every document even the contract and we left with the vehicle. (1998 Chev Blazer).

3 weeks later I get the title in the mail and my sons name is not on it!!!!!! I was flabbergasted to say the least! I called GMAC who financed the vehicle and they say my sons name was never submitted to them for financing only myself and my husband! What makes this worse is I am moving out of state in a week and my son cant even get the required insurance because his name is not on the title!

We have called numerous times and gone in person twice and we keep getting the runaround from them! At this point I want them to just take this vehicle back but they are threatening repossession of all things. I do not want to be a part of this deal anymore and I sure shouldnt have to considering the fraudulent way this was handled.
