I am renting an apartment in the Sterling Park Apartment complex. When I called for repairs, maintenance entered my home, punched holes in my ceiling, did not make the repairs that they were called to make, and stole a diamond necklace from me.

I was told by management that mainetance denied the theft (REALLY????) and that their maintenance people were upsatnding and would not do such a thing. So I filed a police report and was told I would be compensated but it is 6 months later and... nothing. I call and ask every month and am told the same thing, it takes time.

Meanwhile things continue to break in my apartment and I have given up requesting repairs because when I do request repairs nobody shows up to do anything BUT reports are turned in to management saying that the repairs have been made.

LIARS AND THIEVES entering peoples homes and violating them and walking away with no responsiblity, yet I remain responsible for paying my rent each month. I bet the legal action would be swift if that check failed to show up one month.

The apartment manager is JUDY BICE, she is a worm who has no control over her staff. She has a boss but will not tell me his name 'to protect him'. Too bad Sterling Park does not protect its paying residents. If this report keeps even one unsuspecting person from experiencing the stress and anger I have, it will be worth it.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!
