JACKSONVILLE, NCI received a Net First Credit card that would work as soon as I paid the fee for using it. As I paid the minimum balance, it was told to me that the card would start working as soon as the balance was paid.
I continued to pay but when the minimum balance was paid the card was still not activated. I was paying on a card that I couldn not use.
I still have a card that I have the pin number to but have never used. Now it is on my credit report as a balance not paid.
