Netflix was paid for for a year. I was supposed to get
3 movies a week. I have only gotten 2. I keep calling
to report the mistakes, and they never fix the problem. They conceal their phone # on the web site, and they do not respond to my e-mails. This is stealing and I am
very disatisfied with this company. They send the wrong
movies, they lose movies, they send unplayable movies etc. etc. and this is all at your expense! Warning to anyone interested
in this company.

NetFlix -- Not a problem

I came across NetFlix after I purchased my DVD player.

I then looked into the place and read 'Everything' that was in the sight.
Even all the fine print.

I then had my husband re-read everything( just in case I missed something important).

We desided to go for the 14 day trial to see how it worked out..
Well.. We are STILL using this service!!
NO LATE FEES!! We love that!
We can keep the movies as long as we like so there is no RUSH to get them back.

We have a over 100 movies in the waiting list to be sent to us as soon as we send back the ones we have watched.

So far we have had no problems at all.

We get a movie
Watch it
Put it back in the pre-paid return envelope
and mail it back.

When they recive it..
I get an e-mail informing of the returned movie and then I get an e-mail letting me know that the next movie on my list is being sent.

I always get my movie here at home a day earlier than they state on my rental page. I think that is due to the fact that I live close to California, where the company is located.

I have not had the misfortune of getting any bad movies or unplayable movies.

I have nothing bad at all to say about NetFlix.
They have made my life, so much easier!
for 20 bucks a month I can't complain..
When I was renting from our local rental places I would end up paying over that in a week on late fees..

I totally support NetFlix!

Thank You
