Ripoff Report Verified Safe

Leased a Toyota Echo, dealer called and said they had a special from the factory to turn in the Echo early and lease another car, we did. We were over on miles and they said they would do this as a trade in so we would not have to pay for miles and they will pay off the reminder of the Echo.

Started getting calls from collection agency saying we still owe money for the Echo.
We just payed it off figuring there was a mix-up.
Then we started getting bills from Toyota because we owe money for the extra miles.

Call Right Toyota, the salesman no longer works there, the salesmanager no longer works there. They said Right Toyota did the Echo as a lease drop off and we owe the money.

This week I know three people that had to get a lawyer to fight Right Toyota for this samething.
