Castleberry, ALI have been a customer of Ocwen federal bank for over 3-4 years and they have started taking western union payments that i have sent and not crediting them to our account. they are a susiduary of ameriquest mortage company. And now because of ocwen amereiquest mortage company is threating to foreclose on my home.
My husband and I are tired of being ripped off every time we turn around.Ocween federal Bank needs to be stopped.I will not lose my home over them or ameriquest mortage.

I have read your comments and it disturbs me that you have not done your homework, nor took the time to spell check your response. You are not helping with the image of us fellow Alabamians.
First of all, Ocwen Mortgage is NOT a 'susidiary' as you have put it. Ameriquest Mortgage may have closed your loan originally and then they sold your loan to Ocwen perhaps. They are two separate companies.
Secondly, in regards to your payments not being posted, there may be some recorse, if in fact you can prove that these payments were received but not posted. . Also, if your account was behind, or past due, the lender does reserve the right to demand the entire amount to be paid in full. This would require an attorney most likely, to get involved
Lastly, if you were making payment arrangements by Western Union, then most likely your payments were being paid late to begin with, and this is the root of the problem, not the lender.

Maybe you should try doing spell check yourself. You are not helping with the image of your fellow Alabamians. I can see why Ocwen employees do not service properly. They are too busy reading and responding to Rip Off Reports. Mind your own business and do your job and we all would not have to be spending our time sending comments to Rip Off. And remember, you reap what you sew.

Correct me if I am wrong, but did I ever say that I was an employee of Ocwen?
No, I did not think so.
Second of all, I do believe that I was 'minding my own business' as you have put it, and mentioned that I believe that the client should speak with an attorney. So, from the sounds of it, you have some of your own anger management issues pent(do you know what that means?) up inside you. Speaking of minding your own biz, why did you find it necessary to reply to this report since it did not concern you?
There is no denying that Ocwen is being investigated for certain collection practices, as well as improper payment posting practices, however my original message was to educate the cleint that Ocwen and Ameriquest Mortgage are two totally separate companies, and that if she indeed has been a victim of illegal collection practices, she will need to contact an attorney and gather as much proof (paper trail; receipts, cancelled checks, money orders, etc...) as she can.
So, once again, another southerner, from Thibodaux LA, reduces the image of us folk who care about getting the FULL STORY, educating ourselves (which I believe that Lousiana is tied for last place in the nation regarding education and test scores), and then making our decisions based on facts, not just emotion, as you have done so.

I beg your pardon, but you are so wrong. First of all, we, as victims of financial crimes, are getting a fabuluos education. We are learning the hard way what no school can teach us.
Besides, your arrogance is offensive and not helpful. So, please, do not educate us. We don't need your education, we need justice. Of course, we need some education as how to get rid of arrogant 'teachers' like you. How do you dare? Will you educate the victim on resisting the attacker? I don't think so, cause you are recommending a lawyer's help, and assuming our ignorance when you are just an outsider (or may be an Ocwenite).
Go and get some education about lawyers, you, yourself. Learn that many lawyers in the 'circles within the circles' of Ocwen Federal Bank have mastered the art of stealing, abusing, and destroying our families, the families of our country.
Learn that many lawyers have contributed to our lack of faith, because of flaws in their 'ethical behavior'. Learn that many lawyers sold their souls to the devil (read Ocwen) to make money at our expense. Learn that many good lawyers will not work for us because it is too damn hard to be on our side (the right side)
Get yourself a teaching position and volunteer your services to teach Homeowners that payments are to be send on time, and that Insurance and taxes have to be properly paid. It would not hurt if you give some lessons to Ocwen's executives as well.
Teach Mr. Erbey, tell him that a Servicer is as Servicer, and therefore, payments are to be posted on time and houses are not to be fraudulent taken away from families. Teach Mr. Erbey that our equity is our equity and not his.
Most important: Educate yourself on RICO act. Ocwen is the master of RICO crimes in corporate America. Did you educate yoursefl about that so you can pass that education to others?
I only trust one lawyer: Mr. Kweku Hanson, a man that should receive an honorary medal and other honors for his ethical conduc and his integrity. Thanks to him, I still respect lawyers. I know many lawyers are honest; but victims don't easily trust them.
What are you doing here in the house of the sick? Are you in the mood to help? Are you bringing some king of consolation, medicine, or hope? On the contrary, you bring insults and disrespect. We don't need you to teach us anything, Mr Educator.
