We filed a report prior to this on 11/13/02 regarding a problem we had with Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Newton, NC not honoring a 'DEAL' that was made by a VERY DISHONEST ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER NAMED FRANK. We decided to give them one last chance to redeem themselves so we contacted Dale Earnhardt Incorporated in Mooresville, NC. we were told we needed to speak with Steve who actually runs the dealership in Newton.

We left a voice message for him to return our call yesterday. When he called us back, we told him the whole story and told him that we felt that even if the ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER FRANK made a DEAL that was not to be made that SOMEONE should have stood up for the dealership and made the DEAL good. He assured us that he would talk to them and someone would definately call us back.

Well no one has called us back, Steve from DEI or anyone from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. I guess this tells us that none of them care if a DEAL that was made is not honored!

This is fair warning to everyone---before you buy from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Newton, be sure to give it some serious thought and go to another Chevrolet dealer so you are not given a DEAL that can't be honored by DISHONEST ASSISANT SALES MANAGERS NAMELY FRANK @ DALE EARNHARDT CHEVROLET IN NEWTON, NC
