This seller listed multiple auctions on eBay! I contact several other buyers, none who had received thier item. I contacted Safe Harbor,(Had some time to waste!), and filled out Ebays hard-to-find and useless paperwork.

Ebay then hid the feedbacks, so other buyers would not be forewarned. They also hid or made unavailable, the contact info, so us 'little people', couldn't bother thier cash cow. Ebay then closed all chat rooms that were used by members to 'warn' other members about crooked sellers. Ebay protects it's 'Power Sellers'! (Is there a law against aiding and abiding a criminal?)

Here is a company that should be investigated by the Government, along with the other 'Enrons'!

As you can well imagine, the other online auctions are now my 'choice' of online bidding!

I was one of the first 100 bidders when eBay started, and stayed with them a long time. But, like most successful, and now,
over indulging, bloated and self-serving business, they have made it easy to 'move on' to other businesses that truly value thier clients.

EBay should realize that there are always sellers, from garage sales to huge 'Flea Markets', but the buyers are the ones that make the business work. After countless articles in the press of all the rip-offs that eBay is getting, you would think they would start protecting both parties, not just the sellers.

Reading the obvious 'writing on the wall', it's about time to get rid of the eBay stock, too! It did well for a while. But like all businesses that take this route to 'maximixe' thier profits, eBay is soon to be another 'dot.com' that failed because of greed and over-estimating it's own importance!

(Note the quick turn-around MicroSoft did with it's 'licensing Agreement' sales approach when two thirds of it's users refused to be 'forced' into buying thier Windows, and went to a Open Source operating system!)
