Ripoff Report Verified Safe

While checking my credit card statement on-line I discovered that this piece of crap company had fraudulently charged $60 to my credit card. I have sent them an e-mail and the lame response I received, from this e-mail: cs@leminfo.com, was that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Everyone reading this, should
e-mail these thieves and let them know what pieces of crap they are.

Watch out for the companies by the name of Mioplex, Albion Medical, or Leading Edge Marketing, Inc., they are big time rip-offs, thieves and scumbags.

The information in this article on Medical and Leading Edge Marketing to Mioplex is incorrect, misleading

I am the General Manager of DM Contact Management Ltd., a company which provides customer and support services to Leading Edge Marketing and Albion Medical. The information in this article which links Albion Medical and Leading Edge Marketing to Mioplex is incorrect, misleading, and I am requesting that you immediately remove all references to Albion Medical and Leading Edge Marketing in this article and in any similar articles regarding consumer complaints against Mioplex. There is not, nor has there ever been, any association or affiliation whatsoever between Albion Medical/Leading Edge Marketing and Mioplex. Mioplex (now known as Ogoplex) is in fact a direct competitor of Albion Medical and Leading Edge Marketing. The consumer who submitted this article has referenced a website which compares Mioplex against VigRX (which is an Albion Medical product) and has incorrectly associated these 2 competitors with one another. You have posted the article without performing due diligence, doing your homework, and verifying the facts. In providing customer and support services to Leading Edge Marketing and Albion Medical, my customer support staff process the refund requests, and my systems and accounting staff administer the customer billing. Therefore, I can attest that there is no possibility that this consumer was charged without his permission or denied a refund by Albion Medical or Leading Edge Marketing, for the following reasons:
1) Albion Medical/Leading Edge Marketing does not charge customers without their prior permission - ever;
2) Albion Medical/Leading Edge Marketing honours its refund policy - always; and
3) We have a fraud department which vigorously investigates all reports of fraud and resolves these incidents to the customer's satisfaction.

I note there are numerous articles on your site regarding Mioplex, which all appear when searching using the keyword prompt 'Mioplex aka Albion Medical aka Leading Edge Marketing'. Obviously, this incorrect association of companies is potentially very damaging to Leading Edge Marketing and Albion Medical.

This article is incorrect, slanderous and libelous towards Leading Edge Marketing and Albion Medical, and the association made on this site between companies which are in fact direct competitors could be financially damaging to Albion Medical/Leading Edge Marketing.

Once again I request you remove all references to Albion Medical and Leading Edge Marketing from this article and any other articles on your site regarding Mioplex. I ask that you post rebuttals in accordance with your stated policy, and that if there is any information in my rebuttal which you deem unsuitable for posting that you advise me and I will remove the information and resubmit the rebuttal. Ignoring facts presented to you is neither in the bests interests of the consumer, nor the companies like Leading Edge Marketing and Albion Medical which have been irresponsibly tarred with the same brush as other companies which may commit acts of fraud. So please provide some kind of a response to my submissions. If you are not willing to contact me then please invite the consumer who submitted the article to contact me and I will do your work for you, dig up more facts and have the consumer post an update. If I don't receive some type of response from your organization then the only remaining alternative will be for me to contact our corporate attorneys and initiate whatever legal action is necessary to force your site to remove all inaccurate information regarding Leading Edge Marketing and Albion Medical.

Your comments referring to Leading Edge Marketing Inc. ARE FALSE!!!!

I am the owner of Leading Edge Marketing INC> which for one was incorporated in Kentucky in SEPTEMBER 2004.

Secondly, WE do NOT accept CREDITCARDS AT ALL!!!

Thirdly, We have not expanded to cover the Colorado Region YET, we are ONLY IN TN,KY,NC,TX,FL,GA.

Fourth, IF YOU are going to SLANDER a company in any shape or form you should proceed by doing a search of the DUNS numbers or BBB filings or assocations which they claim they are with.Such as a marketing firm belongs to the BMA or American Advertising Association, Direct Marketers Association, American Marketers Association. Please do your diligence before posting such detrimental damaging posts out of anger over 60.00 which are UNTRUE andDamaging to ANOTHER BUSINESS which steals food and job security from myself and my employees. Which have grown respect in the communities we work for our charitable donations and community activities in which we participate offering a cost effective product for the American small business which is the backbone of the Economy.As your 60.00 dollars probably costour company many times that.
