Now I know that I'm not alone quite a few others have been screwed by that f'n saewest financial. I knew I was in trouble only a few hours after the purchase of my vehicle when they called for vehicle info and got very rude and told me not to be late with my payment.

A few months later I was 1 yes ! day late and they called so I gave them a check by phone and life was good again. I did the check by phone a couple of times due to convienence but little did I know.... Well I had a couple of short months and called and had some payments waved bad idea btw and they accepted that for a month when the trouble began.

We went on vacation to Georgia and I had vehicle trouble on the way I went to a parts store in Savanna to get my part to fix my car and my check card was refused I thought how could this be we got paid that day and my money go's in direct deposit. Well to make a long story short waving the payments didn't fit into Seawests game plan after all and they withdrew 1400.00 from my checking with old check numbers. Of course they denied all of it. They lied to me and said my bank authorized it and gave me a made up bank employee's name.

We talked with the bank's ceo and he credited my account confirmed that he did not have an employee by the name that Seawest had given me. We filed a report with the police department and they gave us the run around and said it was our fault and not Seawest.

The investigator told me that I had to give up my vehicle that I was in violation and could be arrested. So I gave up my vehicle and thought that was that 3 months later Seawest's legal dept. called to work out a payment plan and I told them that they were in possesion of the vehicle which was news to him. I'll stop now you can see where this is leading. Any way A lawyer I know read the nasty letter that they sent me about suing me for the balance and asked a few questions about all of the harassing calls to everyone I knew across the country he heard the answering machine time and date stamped to as much as 19 calls per day and jumped up and said we have a case.

I've lived with this for 5 months thinking I was the one wrong my attorney was shocked with all of the illegal actions in this case and is building his knock out punch for them ( his words) Don't let Seawest screw you they will make you feel like slime and try to intimidate you stand your ground seek legal council and get them where it hurts. Good luck to all that were hooked into Seawest financial's dirty habits. See ya in court Seawest.................
