Ripoff Report Verified Safe

VolksWagen of America and Shumacher Volkswagen of West Palm Beach, FL

RIPOFF - runaround between dealer and VWoA. Dealer ignores my requests to get VW sponsored $500 Customer Loyalty Coupon after meeting requirements.

Coupon required previous VW owner to take posession of new VW before 7/1/02. Dealer cannot get coupon from VW, VW does not have coupon and cannot give me credit.

VW refers me to dealer, dealer refers me to VW for the last 5 months.
