Martin Medina Herrera (AKA: 'Marty' Herrera) is a CONVICTED FELON found “Guilty" of Theft and Forgery in Dallas County, State of Texas. Mr. Herrera is on straight probation for these FELONY CONVICTIONS until January 2008. Mr. Herrera pleased 'Guilty' to both Felony Charges and his Court Testimony includes his admission of Theft and also to being a 'Con Man'. The two Convictions amounted to the following: The Theft was filed for $18,000 and the Forgery was almost $1,000.

Mr. Herrera operates under the company name of “Outdoor Reflections Swimming Pool Company", which is located at 8405 Greenstone Drive in Dallas, TX. One former company name was “Martys Pool & Spa Service", also listed at the same address as Outdoor Reflections. The company address is not in fact a physical store location, yet is a house currently owned by Mr. Herrera’s parents.

In addition to the FELONY CONVICTIONS, Mr. Herrera has / had appx. 12 separate misdemeanor charges for IBS (Issuance of Bad Checks) around December 2002; was FIRED from American Home Shield Warranty Home Company for not performing service calls and suspected stolen equipment; was FIRED from Leslie's Pool Company; and currently has a Dallas Police Report filed against him for installing “STOLEN" equipment and scamming money from a residential customer.

According to the City of Dallas (Texas) Trades & Registration Department, Mr. Herrera is no longer licensed as of September, 2002 since he sent a “hot check" for his annual license. Mr. Herrera's criminal background also includes a Guilty Convictions for Prostitution, and two (2) separate Driving Under Influence of Liquor.

From various accounts, Mr. Herrera’s mode of operation is that he installs swimming pool and spa equipment bought by who ever is his current employer; after the installation, he steals the equipment back since he knows how to gain access into the yard of the residential owner; installs the “STOLEN" equipment DBA Outdoor Reflections Swimming Pool Company.

Accounts also include information that Mr. Herrera removes the Serial Number Plate from the equipment, possibly so that the STOLEN equipment cannot be traced back to him.
