I ordered the Diet pills Zymax form HealthCanada and was promised to lose weight quickley. However, I only gained with this product. I Inturned returned their product to the address on the box for returning unused bottles along with the bottles they kept on sending to me. I did not authorize them to continue to send me the diet pills and they continued to debit my checking account in the total amount of $550.97. Which had also put my checking account in overdraft.

I am now having to pay out an extra amount in overdraft charges of 16 charges at the amount of $29.50 per overdraft because they took out moneys out of my checking account without my permission.

I want my money back for the bottles that were returned to them along with the overdraft charges on my checking account. When I talked to a female person from the number that I was given from my bank to call they had told me that they would refund my money to my account thru the use of my debit card.

However, I still have yet to see this occur and in the mean time I am not able to open a new account to be able to cash any paychecks or child support checks. I am very upset that this company is allowed to get away with this and keep my money.

I cannot believe and I am so stunned that this company can take advantage of people who are in need of a way to help themselfs and better their health like they have done me. It is a shame that this company has not made the effort to keep their consumers happy. Poor bussiness ethics would you say?

I maybe overweight but I am not stupid either. I had thought that this company was a reputable company. NOT! Never again will I allow anyone to take advantage of me in this reguard again.

This Company has no reguard to the public and the amount of money that is spent just to GAIN WEIGHT! Come on Id rather losse than gain!

I will keep on trying to get my money back one way or another because they just messed with the wrong consumer. They will end up having to pay out more and pay for attorney fees that this will now cost them in the long run. But it is well worth it for me to get my money back!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT THE OVERDRAFT CHARGES THAT THEY CAUSED ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!
