Ripoff Report Verified Safe

Marketpro Shows does nothing to help you if one of their vendors rip you off. They refused to help me get any warranty satisfaction when one of their vendors sold faulty hardware and claimed a warranty from the factory or they would cover it directly. On requesting replacement of faulty hardware, they 'only cover it for three days'.

Marketpro Shows will NOT go to bat for you and refuses to 'make waves' against one of their vendors. Stay away from Marketpro Shows unless you are not against making a vendor stand by his products and get a warranty info IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to other computer vendor show but have not returned to a Marketpro Show since this happened to me.
