Hilda Avalos of Principle Residential Mortgage, INC harassed me to get work info with the intent to spread slander about me to my co Dallas Texas .....

Please Pass this on to Hilda Avalos. If she is no longer working for your company, then I am requesting you forward this email to her. But she was working here at the time this harrassment from her occurred. I still have her message on my answering machine-early one morning.


Hi Hilda, do you remember me? My name nick name is Sheena, but official name is Kathy. As I was getting files together to prepare to file criminal charges, I came across your resume which you gave to me, because wanted to get the name of the company I was writing for so you could get me fired.

The day after I cashed a $1500.00 check, a whole bunch of you who were watching me 24/7 went crazy. When I came back from running, you 'accidentally' pretended to meet me. Think I did not know that your intent was to get my employment information because yall wanted to get me fired from the company I was writing for. I knew right away when you said 'what Company' what you were up to. You also kept asing me how much was I making?

I cashed my check on June 8th, on June 9th you showed up wanting all of my employment information. June 10, 2002-you forward your resume thinking I was going to forward it to the company-hoping you would receive my employment information by the compnay contacting you. Texas Workforce could not receive the employment information through my social so they sent you. I want you to know, you are one that I can prove participating in this government conspiracy from Texas Workforce Commission and Human Rights/EEOC. If I can file criminal charges against you can bet I will.

However, you were not their first attempt. In early April, I received the writing contract to start for this company. Days after I started, an email virus attachment was sent to my computer. I did not open it right away (of course I was not sure it was a virus).

On April 27, 2002 @1:13 p.m. I got another email virus from; maremt_PL_61 subject; FW res0kzau. Lets be friends

On May 01, 02 @6:27 P.M. Virus attachment: From; mmarcum/ Subject; To jobs board

After these viruses-then you showed up.


I think you are from the same group of people who were harassing me at this time. The timing was consistent with your meeting me. Confronting you publicly on this website will prevent you from changing or exaggerating anything I have said. People who have been involved in this have never kept the story straight.
