Ocwen contracted with us to have an Escrow account. They did not pay our 1st half 2002 taxes. We did not find this out until we sold our home in May 2003. At the time of closing we had to pay the back taxes, interest, & late fees equalling $1630.10.

Ocwen told us to prove payment, which we've done 3 times now. Each time we fax or mail the requested proof to Ocwen they claim they never received it. They are also refusing to send us proof that they paid it.

I've called them several times, almost always ending in a yelling match initiated by me. They are so incompetent and rude.

I don't know what to do next.
