Well I think we are starting to make some noise with regard to AMERIQUEST and their UNETHICAL business practices. Some of you know me and how passionate I am about PREDATORY LENDING. This company will do whatever it takes (LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, BEG, DUPLICATE, PAY APPRAISERS OFF ), etc. Again, I encourage you to write to your Attorney General, State Department of Banking, Senators, Congressman to tell them your horror stories. It's all fine and good to initiate it here, however, you need to take the next step. Namely contact the aforementioned individuals and push them to take action.

I tell you these things because I am a victim of Ameriquest Mortagge Company and I have taken the proper steps to make them accountable. Also, you can email Anne Brennan (INTERNAL CONTROLS MANAGER ) at or her assistant Claire Cotter. They will eventually have to respond to us if we are persistent. I will not stop and I encourage you to join me. Look over previous complaints and if I can help please email me.
