Ocwen acquired my mortgage in September of 2002. I had never been late on a payment. In March of this year I was fired from my job, I was working for the State of Illinois. I collected unemployment for 4 months but it was stopped in July. My mortgage payments have not been made since then.

I just received my retirement to catch up on all back payments and pay ahead till the beginning of the year. I had been in touch with these people every month, sometimes four to five times a day. They do nothing but harrass you and threaten to foreclose on you. I am a single mother who just recently got employment.

The team at Moss, Codilis, Stawiarski, Morris, Schneider & Prior, LLP are not going to allow me to keep my home. The guy I have to work with is a real jerk. He is rude and insulting, hanging up on you. If there is anything that I can help with the lawsuit in Connecticut, PLEASE let me know.
