hanover, PennsylvaniaI recently received a credit card through Legacy Visa. With my new card came a bill with the payment due by May 7th. I just received the card Monday the 19th. On my bill they charged processing fees of $175.00. When I filled out an application in writing to apply for the visa card I sent a check for $9.00 the cost of the processing which was stated on the application.
I assumed the cost of the processing was paid when I sent my check on March 19th with the application. I wanted to pay my bill online, which the card has no 800 # or online service like my other credit cards have.
