Ripoff Report Verified Safe

I just monitored my account via the web site for Providian Financial, making my monthly payment as usual on-line. I had made a $150.00 payment last month and was absolutely shocked beyond words that they had added an additional $245.00 since my last payment. This conduct by a financial firm should be reported to the Attorney General and these outlandish fees STOPPED!!!
