I received online an offer of a Credit Card. I filled the applicatication on April 15, 2004 and I paid with a debit card $159.00. I've been waiting and contact online and they been telling me that they sent it. It's August 2, 2004 and nothing has show up. I called today and told them that I do not want the Card due to I waited too long and I lost my interest. The manager told me that he cannot return my money of $159.00 because the cancellation policy is 72 hours after I apply. Now he said they will send it again but I told him that I do not want the Credit Card. Now I found out that it is a debit card and I have one from my bank. I told him that I need to build a credit that is why I applied for C C.

I need your help, that is the way these people do not offer something that later,when they get the money they don't response in the poper way. For further information, do not hesitate contact me at (number deleted by ripoffreport.com), or by mail.
