Ripoff Report Verified Safe

It's difficult for me to write this, as I always considered myself to be an intelligent person and it's a sad thing to admit to yourself you've been conned.
Very high pressure sales techniques were used on me, so I suppose I shouldn't be too hard on myself. I wish I had found this site earlier. There was no way to read all the fine print before buying the websites; backs of reciepts had printing on them that you didn't get until after you had signed; the costs of actually publishing the website are prohibitive as well.

And it costs thousands of dollars to get what other companies offer for nearly free. What I really thought was the greatest asset to this plan was the reverse search engine. That blew my mind; unfortunately after I purchased it I discovered the free reverse search engine at Overture. And there are spelling errors on the very first screen when you pop in the software-a real low quality product all the way around. It's a lot of links and nothing more. I was so suckered. 5 grand for 6 pieces of paper. I realize now I must fight for my rights, and not let them get away with this scam. I wish I had the time to thoroughly examine the material within my high pressure sales recission period. I didn't want to admit to myself that it was a con. I have paid them thousands and just wish to end my payments; I'll send the materials back.

Another Rip-off from Utah Scams. Beware Home Based Businesses.

Hi Jennifer! Sorry to hear of your loss.

This is another rip-off from those slick scam artists of Utah. Primarily out of Salt Lake City, Orem or Provo. The employees may be hard working, honest people of high moral character, but their leaders are the dishonest, scheming scammers.

This geographical area is the heart of Mormon church country. A seemingly moral and honest facade to hide behind and to cover up a wide multitude of sins.

It is no coincidence that so many 'free seminars' on financial sales of information and software originates from this cluster of scam schemes from Utah.

Look in the search tab for other scams reported to have its origins in Utah. Search under 'Financial' or 'Utah'. Their main offices may be in other states, but they funnel all their operations through the Provo, Orem or Salt Lake City offices. These offices have the system down to a science to delay or deny any return of materials or refunds.

I know of many others that have been scammed out of thousands of dollars of hard-earned money in the search for making money from a home-based business. Then they find that the package they bought into is not what the promoters promised. They may try to ask for a refund or return of materials that will fall on deaf ears. These firms are in the business of taking in the money, not returning any funds.

The group called 'Financial Super Stars' is touring the U.S. to draw huge crowds to their free conferences on creating and protecting wealth. This free come-on is the first step in entrapping unsuspecting and anxious people that have high hopes of making money from home.

The real plan is to sell information of dubious value. The promised refund of money is misleading and deceitful. Once they get the money, it's near impossible to get a refund, or to return the materials. Your only consolation will be to spread the word about your sad experience with these white-collar criminals. Write up your experiences in forums as in the www.ripoffreport.com

Place your report in headline titles for quick generic placements. The category should be Financial. We're talking about money lost to scams, not just useless software! Financial loss due to scams should be in a special high lighted category by itself!

I have been ripped off by these scam artists. I am in the process of disputing the credit card charge by VISA. I don't have much hope though because the people in the Provo office are confident that this route is futile waste of time.

I will keep posting updates for others to observe and be wary of home business scam promotions. Check out the Search tab at the top of the ripoff report page. Type in the first letter of 'Financial Super Stars' and read similar bad experiences in dealing with these scams.

I went to the Stores Online seminar. I had to pass because the cost seemed too high for a web site. The next day, I found many other sites that offered similar services at much less cost and no contracts to bind you to other expenses.

I am certain that the people that rushed to the back of the room to sign up were planted there to give an impression of feeding frenzy to encourage others to sign up.

Try to ask for a refund. Then tell about your experiences in the rip-off report. Spread the word about these crooks. The only way to stop them is to shed light on their scam operations of robbing the unsuspecting public. FIGHT BACK!

Utah Scam Artists

In response to Tom's information. Where are the 'other sites that offer similar services at much less cost and no contracts to bind you to other expenses.?'

Suggestion: Has anyone thought about contacting the Utah Attorney General, or the Attorney General for the state of origin for the Utah Scam Artists? How about contacting the newsmedia watchdogs? Or, contacting your Congressman/woman?

Thank You
